If I tell a story from a biased point of view, I’m going to leave facts out. I’m going to embellish facts that support my point of view. This can be sometimes referred to as lying. If a journalist wants to make stuff up, and claim to be more accurate, I would say that journalist is not ethical. How do you think Hugo Chavez dose it? He controls what the media says in his country, and they report in a biased way that supports his views. If Doctors have the obligation to be ethical, so should journalist.
