It's my first Fall in LA, and Fall in LA seems to spell one thing - Halloween. As a relative newcomer to this whole celebrating-Halloween ideology, I decided to do some research into the preparations undertaken for this particular occasion. My trusty guide book to LA informed me that pumpkin patches were the seasonal place de rigueur for all the trendy families in the city, and there seemed to be only one appropriate choice for this - The Mr Bones Pumpkin Patch, catering to the Hollywood and Beverly Hills elite.

Does the thought of a digital footprint scare you or (oddly enough), thrill you? Does it bother you to know that perhaps every little thing that you Google or any instant messaging chat you've had, is all going onto your online digital record? (Regretting that late night intoxicated Facebook rant now?) It's certainly a worrying concept but I want to put this theory to the test. After putting my own name into Google and discovering only some of my previous articles, my Facebook page, random twitter updates and (shock horror) my MySpace page - which I forgot I had and am in the process of deleting - my worries subsided slightly, but I decided to explore this further with a more high-profile journalist.
